Role Overview As a Customer Reconnection Representative, you'll be the face of Ascent, visiting customers and helping reconnect them with the support available from their lender.

This is an active, field-based role, ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working independently, and managing their own workload.

Working across your designated territory, you'll manage your own diary while delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires flexibility, including evening and weekend visits when required.
