Customer Service Advisor Eastleigh (Hybrid – 1 day remote per week) £27,000 Base + Benefits Overview Our client is seeking a Membership Services Representative to join their growing team. This role is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the member journey, ensuring the accurate processing of membership and insurance-related administration, and maintaining high-quality records and service standards. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets while supporting the organisation's continued growth and strategic objectives.
