Management Accountant in Manchester

This is a new position due to expansion, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights, strengthening reporting processes, and actively contributing to future business performance. Key Responsibilities * Lead on the monthly management accounts process and support continuous improvement of financial reporting * Deliver insightful performance analysis and commentary, highlighting variances to budget * Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and KPI reporting * Maintain strong cashflow oversight and help inform commercial decision-making * Ensure accurate and consistent financial data across internal systems * Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure compliance and a smooth period-end cycle What We’re Looking For * PQ/Finalist, studier, or qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) * Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively * Highly analytical with strong attention to detail * Strong Excel capability and confidence in presenting financial information * A driven, proactive mindset with the desire to grow and progress with the business What’s on Offer * £45,000 salary * Hybrid * Full study support and internal development pathways * Excellent exposure across the business and opportunity to shape the role If you are interested, apply now for a quick response
