This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit finance team in a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function.
Working closely with an experienced FD, the successful candidate will receive mentoring and development with a clear path to a future Management Accountant role.
Key responsibilities:- Purchase ledger processing and invoice coding
- Bank postings and reconciliations
- Supporting month-end and management accounts
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing the finance inbox and queries
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Assisting with day-to-day finance administration
- Working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience processing purchase invoices
- Bank and supplier reconciliation experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience working within an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Experience supporting the month-end process (a nice-to-have)
