Multi-skilled Carpenter

Multi-skilled Carpenter / Tradesman Ascent Property Services provide reactive maintenance services throughout London and the M25 area. We work for a range of clients in both privately owned residential properties and commercial businesses. We are looking to recruit a multi-skilled tradesman with carpentry skills to undertake reactive maintenance works predominantly in central London and surrounding Counties. You will be required to perform a variety of tasks such as leak investigation and repairs, carpentry, painting, ground works and generic/small property maintenance jobs, so all round experience and flexibility is essential. We will provide a van and uniform and are looking for at least 5 years previous experience in a similar role. You must be prepared to undertake numerous jobs in a day with a significant amount of travel in central London. Applications must be made with an up-to-date CV
