Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a Senior Manager with strong management consulting experience across the Energy & Utilities sector.

You’ll combine sector expertise with strong consulting fundamentals, ideally bringing experience across Organisation Design, Organisational Strategy, Performance Improvement, Transformation and/or People-related Change.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys leading complex engagements, building trusted senior client relationships and wants greater ownership in helping grow a consulting practice.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead complex Energy & Utilities consulting engagements from scoping through to delivery.
  • Manage and develop consulting teams, providing structure, direction and coaching.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and C-suite client stakeholders.
  • Solve complex organisational and strategic challenges using data, insight and structured problem-solving.
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities and contribute to winning work.
  • Help shape the growth and direction of the Energy & Utilities practice.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and proposition development.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of management consulting experience, with strong Energy & Utilities exposure.
  • Strong understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry, operating environment and key challenges.
  • Experience across Organisation Design, Organisational Strategy, Organisational Performance, Transformation and/or People-related Change.
  • Track record of leading consulting engagements and teams.
  • Confidence engaging, advising and challenging senior executives.
  • An interest in business development, client growth and practice building.
  • Collaborative, low-ego style with the ability to thrive in complex and ambiguous environments.

The role is London-based and would suit someone looking for the opportunity to combine high-quality client delivery with greater ownership, visibility and influence within a growing consultancy.
