- We’re seeking a

You’ll combine sector expertise with strong consulting fundamentals, ideally bringing experience across
Organisation Design, Organisational Strategy, Performance Improvement, Transformation and/or People-related Change.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys leading complex engagements, building trusted senior client relationships and wants greater ownership in helping grow a consulting practice.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex Energy & Utilities consulting engagements from scoping through to delivery.
- Manage and develop consulting teams, providing structure, direction and coaching.
- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-suite client stakeholders.
- Solve complex organisational and strategic challenges using data, insight and structured problem-solving.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities and contribute to winning work.
- Help shape the growth and direction of the
Energy & Utilities practice.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and proposition development.
Key Skills & Experience
8+ years of management consulting experience
, with strong Energy & Utilities exposure.
- Strong understanding of the
Energy & Utilities industry, operating environment and key challenges.
- Experience across
Organisation Design, Organisational Strategy, Organisational Performance, Transformation and/or People-related Change.
- Track record of leading consulting engagements and teams.
- Confidence engaging, advising and challenging senior executives.
- An interest in business development, client growth and practice building.
- Collaborative, low-ego style with the ability to thrive in complex and ambiguous environments.
