Who We’re Looking For:
Our client is a fast-growing boutique growth consultancy working across sectors. We’re hiring an AI Architect (6–8 years’ experience) with a background in designing and delivering AI/ML or data architectures. If you can operate at the intersection of business and engineering, and want to shape how organisations adopt AI securely and at scale, this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Define patterns for integrating proprietary data with AI services safely.
- Establish standards for copilots, assistants and GenAI use cases (RAG, evaluation, monitoring).
- Architect secure deployments across cloud and restricted environments.
- Set MLOps / LLMOps standards (deployment, monitoring, drift, governance).
- Translate business goals into practical, phased AI roadmaps.
- Support capability build, coaching and internal practice development.
Key Skills:
- 6–8 years in AI, data or platform engineering/architecture roles.
- Strong cloud architecture (Azure, AWS or GCP) including security and IAM.
- Deep understanding of data architecture (lakehouse, pipelines, data products).
- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps and production deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge business and tech.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
This is a chance to shape how organisations design, build and scale AI, not just advise on it. If you’re ready to take ownership and build something meaningful, let’s talk.
Please note: At this time, our client is unable to offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
