Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking an Engagement Manager with experience in consulting and about 3 years working with financial services or Insurance clients. You’ll bring strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and deliver strategy, transformation, and organisational change projects.
- Manage client relationships, advising C-suite stakeholders with confidence.
- Develop new business opportunities and shape the Financial Services practice.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, driving a culture of collaboration.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Consulting experience within financial services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth, FinTech).
- Expertise in strategy, transformation, organisational design, or performance improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience and desire to be involved in business development processes (and be rewarded)
The role requires up to 3 days a week on the client site or office – most of the clients are London, but there are international travel opportunities too!
