The Opportunity

We’re supporting a consulting firm scaling a commercial transformation programme across a portfolio of 200+ businesses .

The focus is on improving commercial performance and operating effectiveness in practice, not just at a strategy level.

You’ll be working in a delivery-focused environment with real ownership, not just advisory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning workstreams across pricing, margin and sales effectiveness

• Running diagnostics and deep-dive analysis across multiple business units

• Designing and implementing commercial tools and operating improvements

• Working directly with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and results

• Supporting delivery across a large, complex transformation programme

What They’re Looking For

• 4–7 years’ experience in strategy / management consulting

• Experience leading projects or workstreams

• Strong commercial exposure (pricing, growth, margin, sales effectiveness)

• Comfortable combining analysis with hands-on implementation

• Strong stakeholder management skills
