Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a Senior Consultant (6 years’ experience) with a background in data and analytics in consulting. Ability to lead and manage projects.
If you’re curious, commercially minded, and passionate about helping clients harness Data & AI for transformation, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client workstreams across Data Strategy, Governance, Analytics & AI Transformation
- Advise senior stakeholders and translate business goals into Data & AI roadmaps
- Build and deliver data-driven insights and BI capabilities (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Pilot AI-led solutions and embed data-driven ways of working
- Support transformation projects (process mapping, operating model design, change management)
- Contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership
- Mentor Analysts and support internal Data & AI initiatives
Key Skills:
✅ 2:1 degree (STEM, Economics, or related)
✅ 6 + years in consulting with experince in analytics, or transformation roles
✅ Strong experience in Power BI / Tableau + advanced Excel
✅ Understanding of data strategy, governance, and AI adoption
✅ Exposure to SQL, Alteryx, PowerApps, or Azure (a plus)
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Adaptable, proactive, and growth-minded
