Recruitment Consultant (Technical Recruitment) London (Hybrid up to 2 days remote per week) £30,000 - £40,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE (Approx. £80,000 - £100,000 Package) Our client is a specialist technical recruitment organisation that partners with businesses across the UK to deliver high-quality permanent and contract recruitment solutions.

As part of continued expansion, they are looking to appoint two Recruitment Consultants to join a growing team.

For: Previous recruitment experience within Technical, Technology, IT, Digital, Engineering, Saa S or Professional Services recruitment.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to develop lasting partnerships with both candidates and clients.
A motivated, ambitious and results-driven approach, with a genuine passion for helping clients solve hiring challenges.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute positively to a team environment.
High levels of accountability, professionalism and ownership, regardless of experience or seniority.
Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
