About the Role: As a Field Representative you are responsible for visiting customers at their properties to support account rehabilitation on behalf of our clients. This includes reconnecting customers with their lender, completing face‑to‑face or video‑based fact‑find interviews, and carrying out residential visits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arrange and attend reconnection visits or face to face interviews with individuals in their homes who are currently in financial difficulties
- Support customers in discussing financial circumstances and repayment options
- Gather accurate information from customers and third parties
- Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately
- Manage your workload and territory efficiently
- Complete accurate reports and follow all compliance processes

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in field work or debt recovery (preferred)
