Role: As the Professional Services Director, you’ll be the captain of my clients’ professional services squad. Your main charge will be ‘Ensuring clients receive unparalleled service and maximum value from their cutting-edge solutions.’ In this pivotal position, you’ll provide strategic leadership, set clear goals aligned with company objectives, and empower your team to achieve greatness. Your expertise in project management frameworks and implementation methodologies will be invaluable as you oversee successful delivery and client satisfaction.
But that’s not all! You’ll also collaborate with the sales teams to scope projects, develop service opportunities, and drive demand. With your keen eye for detail and data analysis skills, you’ll identify areas for optimization and implement process improvements.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, plus at least 5 years of professional services or consulting experience in the software/IT industry. A proven track record of leading client-facing teams and scaling service businesses is a must.
