Award-winning global tech client is looking to add a Senior Product Consultant / Implementation Consultant to their growing team in a fully office-based role. With most client meetings and support delivered remotely, travel commitments are minimal. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven solutions in enterprise IT management.
The Role
As a Product Consultant, you'll act as the technical lead on customer-facing projects, delivering a comprehensive range of services including pre-sales consultancy, solution implementations, and product support to enterprise clients across multiple sectors. You'll work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple objectives, from demonstrations and Proof of Concepts through to full solution deployment, training, and customer handover. This role offers a comprehensive learning and development programme to become a subject-matter expert, with direct input into product strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, PoCs, and proposals
- Leading technical delivery from assessment through to implementation and support
- Providing Microsoft ELP and SAM Maturity Assessment services
- Managing multiple client assignments simultaneously
- Translating technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders
- Contributing to best practices, documentation, and product innovation
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical Support or Technical Engineer roles of enterprise software
- Enterprise-level SaaS experience working with complex IT infrastructures
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience delivering product demonstrations and PoCs
- Understanding of AI tools and techniques
- Knowledge of virtualisation, IT security principles, Active Directory, and SQL
