Description
Join a small team of designers at a Nottingham‑based Software House. Work with developers, business analysts and product managers to design UI for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Creating highly polished UIs and iconography
- Gathering information on users and applying insights to improve design decisions
- Producing deliverables such as research reports, personas, requirements, user journeys, wireframes and mock‑ups
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure consistency across products and platforms
- Preparing and conducting user testing, workshops, and presenting results to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Ability to design outstanding UIs across multiple platforms
- Experience presenting solutions from sketches & wireframes to prototypes and hi‑definition mock‑ups
- Expert knowledge of UI techniques and tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools like Axure (UX experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
