We are seeking two Technical Architects to join the architecture team at a 35‑year‑old software house that delivers products to global household names. The role will influence future software design, work on Java/JEE and WEB/Angular projects, and support cloud/enterprise level development.
Responsibilities
- Effective use of modelling tools to present information to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Present different options for application design along with their pros and cons.
- Identify underlying design patterns in production software.
- Use version control and other knowledge sources to determine context.
- Apply architectural methods.
- Mentor senior team members in technologies and architecture.
- Assist in technical assessment of the viability of new features.
- Conduct technical risk assessment to support estimation.
- Implement fully the design intent of the architecture.
