Overview
A leading software house is seeking a SQL Server Developer (SSRS) to join its highly successful and well‑established global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, implement, administer and support the SQL Server 2012/2014 environment across the organization.
- Develop and maintain applications for service reporting, client portals, and internal systems.
- Monitor and report on activities, providing relevant management information.
- Write stored procedures and perform additional development tasks, including C# where required.
Key Skills & Experience
- SQL Server 2012 / 2014 – including clustering, performance tuning, security and replication.
- Good understanding of SSRS and SSIS.
- Experience in database design and development.
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2003, 2008 and system administration 2012 (advantageous but not essential).
- Some software development skills (C#, VB.NET, .NET) are an advantage.
- Strong reporting skills and the ability to write stored procedures.
