This leading specialist software supplier client based near and commutable from Nottingham is looking to grow their already successful support team. This client offers excellent training so not only will you be trained on their products so you can offer the best support possible but also have the opportunity to progress towards formal qualifications.
Responsibilities- Investigate, analyse and resolve customer tickets.
- SQL and data analysis.
