Highly successful British Software House is looking for a Software Development Team Leader who can answer the following questions about passion for web application development, influence on technology direction, and strong communication skills while remaining hands‑on.
Responsibilities
- Lead one of the company’s Agile/Scrum teams, managing a team of four developers.
- Influence technology direction and drive high‑quality, maintainable web application development.
- Design, develop and maintain web solutions using ASP. NET, C#, Web API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, j Query and SQL Server.
- Deliver RESTful web services, work closely with UX/UI design documents, and apply best practices for responsive and adaptive design.
- Handle full line‑management responsibilities and collaborate with other development teams.
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and problem‑solving across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Development Team Lead or Development Lead.
- Expertise in ASP. NET, C#, Web API, Angular, Java Script and j Query.
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services, responsive and adaptive design, and full‑stack development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of SQL Server.
- Passion for software, innovation and technology.
