Description
Software Development Team Leader responsible for leading agile scrum teams and delivering high‑quality web applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and line‑manage a team of 4 developers.
- Influence technology direction and drive best practices.
- Deliver web applications using ASP.Net, C#, Web API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to produce responsive and adaptive interfaces.
- Design and develop RESTful web services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in ASP.Net, C#, Web API, and Angular (training provided for Angular if needed).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and jQuery.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with full‑stack development and SQL Server.
- Ability to influence technology decisions and lead teams.
