Description: Software Delivery Manager for a global software house. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is responsible for coordination of all implementation projects. The manager leads a team of 10+ implementation consultants and trainers on projects across the UK and globally, overseeing the pre‑implementation phase, gathering requirements, producing documentation, and scheduling onsite training. The position is primarily office‑based with ad‑hoc travel within the UK and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all implementation projects and oversee the pre‑implementation phase
- Lead a team of 10+ implementation consultants and trainers
- Gather requirements and produce documentation/specifications
- Schedule and coordinate onsite training sessions
- Manage client‑facing relationships and ensure project deliverables
- Travel as required within the UK and globally
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven background in software implementation delivery with a software house or large blue‑chip company
- Experience in external client‑facing roles
- Prior team lead and project coordination experience
- Analytical skills highly advantageous
