International client with their UK head office in the East Midlands is looking for a BA (3 years + experience) to join an existing and very productive BA team. The successful Business Analyst will work for a global market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future.
The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for some of the largest UK organisations.

Working as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.

- Experience of stakeholder management
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis
- Functional analysis and design
Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS will be highly advantageous as well knowledge of the Agile methodology. This company invest in training, both internal/external courses for all BA’s.
Salary & Benefits: up to 40K + 25 days holiday, flex in start/finish times, one day a week at home. The office is based in East Midlands, commutable from Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. Free parking and accessible via public transport.
