Role Summary We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer / Commercial Director with international experience delivering Human Capital Management solutions. This board‑level role involves leading a team of around 100 people, with the Sales Director and Marketing Director reporting to you.
Responsibilities
Deliver strategic leadership to develop objectives to increase revenue, profitability and generate business growth.
Lead development of the company’s marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth.
Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimises a clear path to growth.
Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the company’s growth objectives.
Develop commercially attractive products accompanied with a best‑in‑class go‑to‑market strategy.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working at a director or chief officer level is required.
