Role Overview
Infrastructure Engineer, 3rd/4th Line support, project delivery, networking, and system administration in a global technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, development, and administration of all Network & Infrastructure Systems.
- Deliver and manage 3rd line support with involvement in 2nd line when required.
- Lead project delivery in your domain, meeting strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties and suppliers to ensure service quality.
- Work flexible hours as needed to support operational demands.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in MS Windows XP/7, Server 2003/2008, Exchange 2010.
- Experience with VMware, Cisco, and SCCM.
- Knowledge of AD, GPO, SharePoint, and Cisco networking.
- Certificates such as CCNA/MCITP are desirable.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and team collaboration skills.
