Client & Role:

International Software House / Market Leader is looking to add a Senior Developer in Test / Architect to their architect team. They offer a range of software products used by household names on a global basis. Due to an exciting expansion plan they are looking to grow this team to enhance and influence Cloud/Enterprise level development moving forward. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced test professional to make a big difference. An autonomous role with the backing of the software architecture director to make these changes happen – exciting times ahead.

Responsibilities & Key Requirements:

  • A good understanding of industry trends and best practices in test technologies / test techniques and enterprise level software design.
  • Experience of developing software to automate test solutions – cloud/enterprise – C#, Java.
  • A good understanding of the design processes / best practices necessary to support the design and development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to act as a functional technical lead for Test Equipment activities (i.e. future concepts, applied research etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate subsystem requirements with the systems authority / manufacturing etc and write engineering documentation such as specifications, reports and technical presentations.
  • Must have a proactive and adaptable approach to dealing with rapidly changing requirements.
