We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and project leadership. You will coach and mentor team members, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver solutions using agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for enterprise-level software and ERP/MRP projects.
- Coach and mentor junior analysts.
- Manage resources and track project progress.
- Build relationships across business functions to identify and meet technology needs.
- Deliver requirements, gap analysis, functional design, and detailed user documentation.
- Support agile ceremonies from inception through user‑acceptance testing.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in software development.
- Experience coaching/mentoring and leading projects.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional analysis, and design.
- Knowledge of SSADM, ISEB, BCS, or similar qualifications is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
