Responsibilities
- Build key relationships between business functions.
- Identify and deliver technology requirements from inception to user acceptance testing.
- Deliver user documentation and facilitate agile way of working.
- Gather and document requirements for software delivery and digital services.
- Produce functional analysis and design specifications.
- Challenge stakeholder expectations and drive solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of external customer delivery experience.
- Experience in software delivery, digital, and print projects.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Functional analysis and design.
- Business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
