The ideal candidate will play an important role in developing multiple parts of my client's business by analysing past, current, and future business trends. Ideally, with 5+ years of experience, you will be an expert in your field and will feel comfortable mentoring more junior members of the team. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will work closely with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are facing and provide solutions to these groups.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new product and service oriented strategies
- Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team
- Identify and solve weaknesses within the organisation
- Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work in the office (Warrington) 2 days a week.
