Brand new Big Data Developer role with this Software House, an opportunity to make it your own and really drive Big Data through the business. Working within the Business Intelligence function you will be implementing a big data and analytics platform and will work with technologies such as Kafka, Spark and database technologies such as MongoDB, Cassandra and SQL Server.
Responsibilities:
- Be involved in the assessment of the suitability of database technologies
- Configuration of Hadoop and other technologies in the big data ecosystem
- Design and implement batch data transformations, data workflows
- Ensure Data Quality and high level of enterprise readiness of the solution
- Security and governance
