Description: Senior Scrum Master, Software Development Projects, SAFe Agile, Scrum implementation, Scrum Best Practices, Burndown technologies, .Net/C#/WEB, TDD/BDD – Coventry 55K
Responsibilities:
- Implement Scrum into an organisation and drive change.
- Assume responsibility for enhancing the Scrum environment.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation, raising the levels by introducing best practices and procedures.
- Build a trusting and safe environment for progression.
- Create an open environment for discussion and support the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Work alongside other Scrum Masters and the wider development team and business, acting as a peer and point of contact during Sprint meetings while keeping these meetings in line with Scrum best practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree educated (or equivalent).
- Certified in Scrum; SAFe certification is ideal.
- Experience with Burndown technologies, documented patterns and techniques.
