Overview
International client with over 10,000 employees is looking for two Business Analysts to join their Business Analysis team. This home‑working role requires regular office visits (fortnightly) and offers flexible working and extensive training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build key relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met.
- Deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
- Act as a critical thinker, challenge assumptions and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.
- Experience in software development, Six‑sigma, Lean, documentation, project and resource management.
