Are you a Software Development & Delivery Project Manager with excellent client facing skills? Do you want to work for a successful Software House who offer business critical software and services?

Role: As a Project Manager, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously and matrix manage from multiple product line teams. This role involves first class project management skills including planning, monitoring, control, reporting and communication to achieve enterprise software development and successful implementations within time and budget. These are large complex projects where we need someone who has a good 5 years (or equivalent) experience to hit the ground running with this level of delivery. You will retain ownership of risks and issues and hold at least bi‑monthly project review meetings with each customer and implement change control whenever appropriate. Communication is key – you will be expected to manage client expectations, attend meetings with all levels of stakeholders, have commercial awareness, and be able to engage with technical members of the project team.

Skills required:

  • Client Facing Project Manager experience
  • Software Development & Implementation projects in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Structured PM process such as Prince II, PMP (certifications not required)
  • ERP / Enterprise Software knowledge

This is a UK Wide role, but overnight stays are very rare.

The Client: This is an award winning UK Software House with a history spanning 30 years. An essential business providing critical software and services to some key household names. Technology & Product investment as well as training for all staff makes for a successful career opportunity. Expansion plans for 2021 have kicked off nicely with new contracts won and staff numbers increasing. They occupy stunning office space in a lovely setting with free parking. You must be able to drive as this site is not accessible via public transport. Commutable from Coventry, Northampton and Leicester. Flexible dress code when in the office. (Fully remote during lockdown).

Salary & Bens – 40-45K (some flex around that). 25 days holiday, Flexi-working, Pension, Learning and Development programmes. Candidates of all ages and backgrounds will be considered for this role.
