Description
An award‑winning software house is recruiting for a Principal Java Developer. You will be required to use specific design, analysis, tools, documentation and language capabilities to provide the required functionality for the development of the software. You will be working with the other Java Developers on design decisions and the direction of the application requirements. You will report to the Technical Team Leader while mentoring junior staff when needed.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Java development team on design decisions and application requirements.
Mentor junior developers.
Produce documentation and implement best practice.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience
- 3+ years of JEE experience
- JEE certification is advantageous
- Sun/Oracle Java certification desirable
- Experience with Java SE, JDK 7, JEE, J2EE
- Experience with Wildfly 8 server
- Experience with Restful library JAX-RS
- Experience with CDI Weld
- Experience with EJB 3 (Stateless Session Beans), JPA
