Leading Fintech company - City Centre Manchester, Hybrid working. My client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its high-performing engineering function. You’ll report to the Head of Engineering, as well as being a hands-on senior developer, you will help to lead a team of 4, delivering resilient, high-performance, mission-critical systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape technical strategy, drive best practice, and influence real architectural decisions.
