Operations Director – HR Revenue Streams 80-85K

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum + bonus, pension

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global HR & payroll division to deliver customer‑service excellence.
  • Improve operational services and commercial offerings by exploring new revenue streams.
  • Develop short‑ and long‑term strategy for the department.
  • Manage the department’s financial aspects, including expense control, cost management and sales growth.
  • Drive profitable growth and oversee the transformation programme for the HRO service.
  • Lead and develop a large team (100+ employees) of HR & payroll service providers.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a large HR & payroll team with ultimate responsibility for 100+ employees.
  • Customer‑focused leadership with a track record in improving operational service quality.
  • Strategic and commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
