- Overview
Our client is looking to employ a new Project and Service Manager at Heathrow.
The role involves managing the delivery of projects ensuring they conform to the company’s margins, timescale and quality standards while maintaining strong client‑facing relationships and serving as the single point of contact for SLA management.
Responsibilities
- Manage systems development/integration projects, ideally involving business‑critical real‑time/online systems.
- Use formal project management methods (e. g., Prince II, MSP) to deliver multiple IT projects with full delivery and financial responsibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Present technical, operational and commercial information to customers at all levels.
- Manage day‑to‑day SLA’s, OLA’s and underpinning contracts.
- Work in an airline industry environment (desirable).
Qualifications & Experience
- Track record of managing multiple IT projects with financial responsibility.
- Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SLA management and operational roles.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (desirable).
- Airline industry experience (desirable).
