We’re hiring a Senior / Principal Business Central Consultant with strong pre-sales experience to lead customer engagements and shape ERP solutions from the first conversation through to delivery. It is essential that you have a strong Microsoft Dynamics "BUSINESS CENTRAL" background, as you will be the Business Central expert in the team. This role offers significant autonomy and strong potential for growth within the company. The role will involve client site visits, with occasional visits to the Cheshire office needed. It would be perfect for a consultant who enjoys being front-facing, influencing solution design, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and providing ongoing support. The role does NOT involve sales; it is only pre-sales.
Responsibilities
- Leading pre-sales activity: discovery workshops, solution design, demos, and proposal support
- Acting as the Business Central SME in early-stage client conversations
- Delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Advising clients on best practice across finance and core ERP processes
- Leading project teams and mentoring consultants
- Building long-term, trusted client relationships
Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Solid finance and ERP process knowledge
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders / C-suite
- Experience operating at Senior or Principal Consultant level (or ready to step up)
- Commercially minded, confident, and consultative
