Description:
The role primarily involves looking after the Company’s ERP Solution and business applications, while also supporting the internal IT environment. You will work alongside a 3rd party IT provider and manage the relationship.
Key Requirements:
- Experience looking after ERP Systems
- Experience working with 3rd party IT Service Suppliers
- Confidence to work as the sole IT Administrator
Technical skills required:
- ERP knowledge: SAGE, Epicor, Navision, Vintner, SQL Server
- General BAU IT Support
- MS Windows, Linux, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Access
The company is building a dedicated in-house IT team to gradually reduce reliance on the 3rd party. In this role, you will manage ERP Systems, the company website, and other business applications while providing 1st line support for all internal staff. Experience creating reports using SQL, PowerBI, or Business Objects is advantageous. This role offers varied day-to-day work, including business-as-usual tasks and migration and upgrade projects. You will work closely with the senior management team to help shape the IT Strategy supporting the global business. Commercial awareness and technical expertise are valued.
