Overview: We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of world‑class IT services within the retail supply chain sector. The role reports to the Head of Client Services and focuses on ensuring high‑standard service delivery, process design, monitoring, issue resolution, and proactive improvement. It is a client‑facing role that requires strong communication, motivation, and the ability to manage expectations in a fast‑paced environment.
- Plan and design service delivery processes and monitor progress.
- Resolve incidents and problems, initiating appropriate actions.
- Collaborate closely with IT managers to develop relationships and manage expectations.
- Apply retail sector knowledge, including warehouse, EPOS, store, and merchandising systems.
- Maintain high standards of ITIL service management and continuous improvement.
- Act as a visionary leader, engaging stakeholders and driving forward‑thinking initiatives.
Key skills and experience required: engaging communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, effective leadership, retail and IT solution client experience, supply chain knowledge, and expert understanding of retail systems.
