We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join a global software company. The role involves leading a small UX team, designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability. The position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in the Nottingham office, a salary of up to £60,000, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX professionals

Requirements
  • Degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, or related field
