We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join a global software company. The role involves leading a small UX team, designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability. The position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in the Nottingham office, a salary of up to £60,000, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of UX professionals
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Maintain design systems and UI libraries
- Collaborate with product teams to define UX strategies
- Degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven experience in UI/UX design and usability testing
- Strong skills with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools
- Experience leading UX teams
- Ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights
