Description

Lead Software Tester / Test Team Leader with strong experience in manual software testing practices and processes. This role reports to the Software Delivery Manager and offers full autonomy within testing, line management of the team, and hands‑on manual/performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the testing team.
  • Create and execute test strategy and roadmap in collaboration with other team leads.
  • Attend Agile sprints (fortnightly in office) while working remotely otherwise.
  • Advise on all software testing matters and maintain modern testing standards.

Ideal Experience

  • 5+ years of manual software testing experience within the SDLC.
  • Proven experience leading test projects or teams.
  • ISTQB or ISEB qualification.
  • Experience with performance testing tools (optional).
