We have a great opportunity for an ambitious hands‑on Lead Tester or Senior Software Tester with strong experience in manual software testing practices and processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading testing strategy and ensuring high quality standards.
- Hands‑on manual testing of web‑based software, applications, or systems.
- Working closely with test colleagues, development managers, developers, stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers.
- Advising on software testing practices and keeping standards modern.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with manual web software testing tools and SDLC.
- Experience leading projects or test teams.
- ISTQB or ISEB qualification.
- Experience supporting test managers or lead testers is highly desirable.
- Experience suitable for test architect roles.
