Lead Java Developer
A leading company in the software industry is recruiting a Lead Java Developer to join a team of experts. In this role you will rewrite the back‑end of flagship products, serve as deputy to the team leader, lead product development exercises, create plans, monitor progress, and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Rewrite and maintain back‑end components of flagship products.
- Plan and lead product development efforts, monitoring progress and reporting to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high‑quality development environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Expert knowledge of Java SE and JDK 7.
- 8+ years of overall software development experience, with 3+ years in JEE/J2EE.
- Experience with Wildfly 8, JAX‑RS, CDI/Weld, EJB 3 Stateless Session Beans, and JPA.
- JEE certification is an advantage; Sun/Oracle Java certification desirable.
