This UK client has a prestigious reputation, has been at the top of their game for around 40 years, and set the standard for other organisations in this field. They develop cutting-edge technology utilising the best tech in the market and are always pushing boundaries in what can be delivered.
They are looking for a Lead Developer but are happy to take on a Senior Developer (C#, ASP.Net, MVC) who is looking to move into leadership. This is an 80/20 split role in favour of technical. You will head up one of their scrum teams and will be involved in both existing and new product development. There is an exciting road map for 2022 where you will be working on Micro-services solutions, high-availability web projects, as well as Mobile and Cloud based projects.

If you can bring .Net Core, Docker/Kubernetes and Azure to the table that will be fantastic but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
This Lead C# Developer / Senior C# Developer will report to the Head of Development. Excellent technology stack. Team leadership to include the general wellbeing of the team, hiring/firing, sickness, personal development, work allocation etc.
