Lead Developer responsible for line management with an 80/20 split between coding and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a development team of four, providing coaching, mentorship, and hands‑on code development.
- Influence the technical direction and architecture of the product.
- Collaborate with other development teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of web applications and Web APIs.
- Manage project budgets and deliverables for a new product team.
- Key Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for software, innovation, and technology.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in RESTful Web Services, C# /. Net, and Java Script (Angular preferred).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Ability to work with UX/UI design documents.
