Can you be the Gold Standard in software development? History in ASP.Net, MVC, C# and SQL Server? Can you drive forward Best Practises? Are you comfortable engaging with the wider business, being the voice of the team?
ROLE: New role created for a Principal C# Developer who is looking for more diversity to their day to day job. This role will have you doing hands-on development 50% of the time.
Technical skills: C# ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, jQuery / Knockout / Angular, WebAPI, Visual Studio. The other 50% of your time will be leading the team, engaging with the wider business, setting the Gold Standard for software development; therefore Communication & Confidence is key to this role.
As Lead C# Developer you will work in a cross-functional Scrum team alongside enthusiastic Developers, Business Analysts, Software Testers, and UI designers. The Development Manager is extremely passionate and looking for a Principal Developer to complement his thought process and be the catalyst in driving this product development team forward.
There is a proactive approach to learning and development here and they will want you to get on board with that, keeping your finger on the pulse with technology trends, new ways of doing things, and encouraging the team to always be “best in class.”
Salary & Benefits: up to 55K base (-/+), Bonus, Pension, Health, Life Assurance, Social activities, free car parking, Flexi start/finish. Commutable from Northampton, Coventry and Leicester. Can be reached by public transport.
