Global Software House is looking for a passionate Junior UX Designer to work within a well‑established UX / research team, focusing predominantly on user research and UX design for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into personas, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Designing the overall functionality of the product and iterating upon it to ensure a great user experience.
- Establishing and maintaining company standards for user experience.
- Working with development teams to ensure a consistent and appropriate approach to UX across the range of products and platforms.
- Preparing and conducting user testing, workshops and presenting results to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of UX software such as Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or equivalent.
- Ability to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that meet company strategy, needs and vision.
- Academic background in Computer Science, UX, Art and Design or significant industrial experience.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
