IT Technician, Sutton Coldfield

As a leading Hospitality Group Named in 2024’s Top 30 Best Places to Work and Best Employer awards, our client is expanding their internal IT capabilities during a major growth phase.

Role Overview: New position reporting to IT Manager, providing on-site 1st and 2nd level IT support while helping transition more services in-house. Key focus on user support and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities as an IT Support Technician:

* Deliver hands-on IT support and hardware/software deployment
* Manage device lifecycle including PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Maintain Active Directory (cloud and on-premise) and user administration
* Coordinate with external IT vendors
* Support IT projects and system improvements
* Maintain asset inventory and documentation

Required Skills:

* 2+ years IT support experience
* Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and mobile device management
* Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, and Intune
* Network troubleshooting fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing systems
* ITIL certification beneficial
