IT Support Engineer, 2nd/3rd Line, Service Desk Team, O365, Windows Server, AD, GPO, Networking, ITIL – 35‑40K + Bonus.
Role: Working in a fast‑moving IT support environment this IT Support Engineer (predominantly 3rd line) will be the escalation point for all 1st/2nd Line queries in supporting all end‑user systems as well as some networking and server work. The role requires engaging with the wider business, being comfortable dealing with levels of users including C‑Level executives, therefore excellent communication is key.
